Delivery Policy

At AyahsoWiDeh, we are committed to ensuring that all services connected to your stay are delivered smoothly, reliably, and in line with your confirmed reservation.

1. Reservation Confirmation

  • Accommodation services are delivered only after the required deposit or full payment is received, in accordance with our Terms & Conditions.
  • A booking is considered confirmed once you have received a written confirmation email from our reservations team.

2. Delivery of Services

  • Accommodation: Your villa stay will be provided for the agreed dates and number of guests as outlined in your booking confirmation.
  • Included Services: Daily housekeeping, chef services, and house management are delivered on-site throughout your stay.
  • Additional Services: Airport transfers, excursions, or third-party concierge services (e.g., spa treatments, tours) are arranged on request and provided either by AyahsoWiDeh staff or approved external partners.

3. Timing of Service Delivery

  • Check-in is available from 3:00 PM on the scheduled arrival date.
  • Check-out must be completed by 11:00 AM on the scheduled departure date.
  • Early check-in or late check-out may be arranged in advance and may attract additional fees.

4. Cancellation & Non-Delivery

  • If payment is not received by the required due dates, AyahsoWiDeh reserves the right to cancel the booking and withhold service delivery.
  • In cases of unforeseen events beyond our control (e.g., severe weather, government restrictions), delivery of services may be rescheduled or canceled in line with our Force Majeure and Cancellation Policy.
